Dunijas is a slow developing project for friends. Re-inhabiting post-industrial complex in a scenic landscape, next to a lake. With territory development as a whole in mind, the plan is to move on building by building and bit by bit.
The first phase is 25m2 administrative building conversion into a cosy cabin overseeing the landscape and embracing the rural serenity.
The second phase is a barn house conversion into an event space with a small cinema. Here the goal is to turn the focus to the landscape again, by penetrating the linear barn which blocks the connection with the lake.
The third phase is still to be determined.
